PRESTON ROAD PARK

Public BBQ

The park offers a versatile recreation spot, perfect for family afternoons and leisure activities. The lush and spacious grounds accommodate fitness stations, half basketball court, playgrounds, skate ramps, walking tracks, and off-leash dog parks. The park also comes equipped with picnic tables, seats, shelters, clean toilets, and outdoor gym facilities. There's ample room for everyone to run around and enjoy the verdant spaces. Despite its size, the park's parking provisions might be considered inadequate. Saturday morning Parkruns are a highlight for the local community, and birdwatching is a favored activity due to the diverse species residing in the park. This park is a hub of outdoor fun, even hosting a drone trial by the Brisbane City council. Despite some areas appearing a bit dated, overall, the park maintains a well-kept and clean environment.
